  I have never been so upset in my life than with the service I received this week between the Loganville & Bethlehem locations, this is a long post but I wanted to get this out there for anyone considering this company. I contacted the Loganville location & spoke with Betsy at the beginning of the week regarding prices for the Loganville location and stated we were in desperate need of a unit by Friday, she informed me that were no units available for the size we are needing (10x20) at Loganville, but said she had plenty of them at the Bethlehem location but people are coming and going all the time so to check back with her and something may be available by the end of the week. Well this morning (Friday) I called a little after 9 am to ask if anything was available in Loganville and Betsey stated she remembered talking to me earlier this week but was not even in yet but would give me a call back as soon as she got there to let me know if anything was available. After 3 hours of not receiving a return call I called her back, with no answer but left a voice message. After 45 minutes I called her back and asked her if she found out any availability, she said she was almost at the Loganville location and would let me know once she got there. She called me back after 20 minutes and said she did not have any that had become available in Loganville. I told her that was no big deal and asked if she still had any 10x20 units in Bethlehem. She said she did and knew that because she was there all morning. I asked if someone was at the Bethlehem location for us to be able to head over to fill out paper work and what not. She said no one would be there until at least 3. I then asked if I could fill out paperwork for the unit in Loganville for the Bethlehem location as we were now pressed for time to try and be home when my daughter got off the bus and this was my husband's only day off so we needed to get as much done as possible. She said I could, but I would need to be there quickly as she was about to leave. I told her not to worry about it and we would just be at the Bethlehem location at 3. We got to the Bethlehem location at 3, went in the office and told the gentleman we had been speaking with Betsy this week about a unit and he replied "The 10x20?" I said yes sir and sat down to fill out our paperwork and paid my partial monthly payment, we were given our key and told where to go to find our unit. We had the SUV and trailer basically unpacked when the guy running the place comes speeding up in a golf cart and tells us we can't put our stuff in there. I said "I'm sorry, what?" He said "The unit was promised to the lady who walked in behind you." I said "Ok but we have been talking to Betsy about this unit and already signed the paper work and paid." He said, "I know I'm sorry but this lady was supposed to have this unit and has been talking to Betsy all week about it, but I can offer you a smaller unit at a discount or 2 10x10 units for the same price." I said "I’ve been talking to Betsey all week too about this unit and we can’t take anything smaller.” He said “I don’t know because I’ve been out of town but this lady is saying this unit was promised to her.” I was absolutely speechless, and said “So even though we have been talking to Betsey about this unit and paid we are the ones who have to get our stuff and leave? He said, “Yes.” I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. He said, “Let’s just move you to another unit.” I said “We don't have time for this, my daughter gets off the bus in 20 min and we are 20 minutes from our house." He said "Well come back tomorrow and we can get you one of the other units." I told him "No don’t worry about it, but I will grab my check and the copy of my license as we leave." We quickly threw everything back in our car and trailer and left. I am still floored that I had a signed contract and was made to remove my stuff and treated like I was not worth their time. I’m not sure what or who that lady was but apparently her business means more to them than ours does.
