  The Sunday after Thanksgiving I was working on a 10 page analytical history paper that was due the following day when my computer went bananas. I was exhausted from work and homework and I absolutely had no time to deal with it, especially since I was supposed to be back in Athens to get ready for school the following day. Technology and I do not get along well, so I started calling around. I saw that Kelly's number was 24/7, so I called. I was absolutely astonished when Kelly knew what was wrong with my computer and exactly how to fix it; furthermore, his website has diagrams showing me exactly how to fix it. He said it would take half a day to fix, but he said that if I met him at his office he would be more than happy to fix it. (Someone had hacked my computer by the way) I couldn't believe there are still people out there who are so considerate and genuinely nice. You just can't find this sort of customer service anymore. Not only did Kelly fix my computer in 4 hours- which is super fast, he charged me a very very reasonable rate- especially since I had him use his gas and time to come in on a Sunday just for me. I highly recommend Kelly!
